We
register applications on an
appointment
only basis. Please call your closest
Bridgenex office and ask to speak with a recruiter.
They will schedule an appointment for you to come in and register.

What information do I need to register?
In order to complete your registration with Bridgenex,
you will need an updated resume and/or work history, a completed application, and 2 current valid forms of identification.

What if I don’t have a resume or any work history?
You don’t necessarily have to have a resume or any work history to register with Bridgenex. We do assist in placing “Entry Level” candidates. If you would like to learn

What are your office hours?
Bridgenex is open Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (PST).

When are Bridgenex timecards due?
Timecards are due by 11:00 am on Mondays and should be faxed to:
1.888.986.1099.
** There are no exceptions** Late timecards will be paid out on the following week’s payroll
run.

Which copies of my timecard do I turn in?
Please fill out all information completely on the timecard and have your manager/supervisor
sign it. After you have faxed your time card in; remember to keep the original for your records.
**Always keep a copy of your timecard until you receive your paycheck.**

What if I can’t turn in my timecard on time?
All late timecards will be processed the following week.
**There are no exceptions**

When will my paycheck be ready?
Paychecks are available on Wednesdays unless Wednesday is a holiday, in which case payday will be the next working business day, if we receive your timecard by the deadline stated above.

How will I receive my paycheck?
There are several options which you can select including:
DIRECT DEPOSIT – Your check is automatically deposited in your bank account and your paycheck stub can be mailed to your home address.
GROUND MAIL – Checks are mailed Wednesday afternoons and will probably take
2 to 3 business days for delivery.
PICK-UP – All offices offer pick up on Wednesdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm with prior arrangement.
